Currently, we can generate the DIR for the 30R, 30XW (water-cooled), 30XV (air-cooled), 30G (old), 30K, 30M, and 30MP. To successfully generate a report, the chillers must meet two key conditions:
Minimum Load Profile: The chiller must be operated at or above 50% load for each circuit to ensure that the data analysis is reliable at the circuit level. These conditions require the chiller to run under sustained high-load conditions. The data from this period is evaluated, and all other data is discarded from the chiller operation check at a circuit level. As a result, the data comparison for circuit A may be from the same or a different time stamp when compared to other circuits.
Operational Checks: The chiller must pass certain operational checks that verify it is functioning according to its design specifications.
