The 30 Series Digital Inspection Report (DIR) provides comprehensive details regarding the performance and health status of the 30 Series chiller models. Below is a more detailed description of this report:
The DIR assists technicians in preparing for operational inspections. It enables more effective discussions with customers both before and after inspections and aids in the creation of technical quotations.
The DIR report is available in a single click on S-Max and Salesforce (SF) for a period ranging from 30 to 90 days, depending on the last inspection date.
The DIR serves as a valuable sales tool by demonstrating how data-related concerns can highlight areas for chiller improvement. This report offers concrete reasons to initiate or strengthen customer discussions regarding system enhancements.
It enables the identification of specific issues, allowing for better preparation before conducting a technician visit.
Preventive maintenance (PM) activities are sometimes undervalued. The DIR validates and highlights the important work carried out by our technicians.
The report can also function as a training resource for junior technicians. It helps them understand acceptable parameter ranges and best practices.
In addition to the 19 XR/XRV and 23 XRV chiller models, the following models are also included: 30R, 30XW (water-cooled), 30XV (air-cooled), 30G (old), 30K, 30M, and 30MP.
Reports for additional models such as 19 XL, 19 MV, 19 DV, 23 XL, 30 KA, and 30 KAV are planned in the roadmap for future development.
Technicians are expected to review these reports before site visits by checking the document section of their work orders.
