AHP Portal
The user can generate a DIR on the AHP portal. However, it is mandatory to have AHP access to generate a DIR on the AHP platform. The service managers and technicians can generate a DIR on the S-Max application and Salesforce.
Currently, this feature has the limited availability, it will be available for everyone soon.
The default unit of measurement of a DIR is metric for the South Asia region and imperial for the North America region. The user can also change their preferred unit of measurement on the AHP platform before generating the DIR. To know more about to change the unit of measurement, click here.
To generate the Digital Inspection Report on Abound HVAC Site, follow these steps:
On the Device Manager page, select the chiller (e.g., 3405XXXX) for which you want to generate a DIR.
2. On the Report tab, in the DIR box, select Generate.
By default, the DIR is generated of the last 90 days in the next tab. If the enough data is unavailability, the DIR is generated for the last 120 days.
3. To generate a DIR of past days, select the calendar icon, choose the date range, and then select Run Report.
You can choose maximum the 90-days of the date range to generate the DIR.
4. Once the report is generated, select Download Report at the upper-right corner for downloading.
i. AHP Mobile View
AHP mobile view provides a detailed telemetry of chillers for deeper diagnostics. When a technician is on-site and finds issues highlighted in a DIR report, this detailed telemetry helps them for a further investigation to understand the root causes.
You can also search for a particular parameter to conduct a detailed analysis on it. Wherever data is missing for a searched parameter, you can see the “No Data to Display” label. To get detailed telemetry on mobile view, follow these steps:

On the mobile, open AHP portal.
Navigate to the device manager and select the chiller (e.g., 3405XXXX) to access its homepage.
Click the performance tab.
By default, all coordinates are close.
4. To search for a particular parameter, enter the name of parameter in the Search box.
5. All coordinates that have the searched parameter display with their graphs.
6. To select one or multiple sensors, open the coordinates, and then click Edit.
7. Select or deselect the sensors, the graph displays data accordingly.
