The DIR eligibility conditions refer to the criteria, DIR Generation button eligibility, and data collection duration required to generate a DIR for the 30 Series chillers. If a chiller does not meet these conditions, the chiller is not eligible to generate a DIR.
Criteria
To generate a DIR, the chiller must meet these criteria:
The work order is open on Salesforce, and the work order type is required as PM (Preventive maintenance) type.
The chiller is associated with its gateway on the AHP platform.
The chiller and its associated gateway are onboarded on the AHP platform.
The DIR Eligibility field on the associated product of the child work order is selected on Salesforce.
The Service Type field shows “Operating Inspection” or “Annual Maintenance” for the child work order on Salesforce.
Service Type as Operation Inspection
Service Type as Annul Maintenance
DIR Generation button eligibility
The DIR Generation button on the S-Max application and Salesforce is only enabled when the underlying logic is fulfilled. Below are two conditions that determine the eligibility for the DIR Report Generation button:
The chiller and its associated gateway are onboarded.
The DIR Eligibility field on the associated product of the child work order is selected on Salesforce.
If both conditions are met, the underlying logic is true, and the DIR Generation button is enabled. If either condition is not met, the DIR Generation button is disabled for the particular chiller.

Data collection duration calculation
The data collection duration for the DIR generation depends on a specific calculation. Based on this calculation, the design data is collected to generate a DIR. This calculation includes two events:
Date of the current inspection
The last time a technician closed a work order for the same equipment.
The date collection calculation is based on the time window between those two events. Data collection calculation = Date of the current inspection - The last time a technician closed a work order for the same equipment.
